Order Processing: At Lose Ya Marbles, we typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that during major sales events or holidays, additional processing time may be required.

If you need to make changes to your order after it's been placed, we can't guarantee that changes will be possible. However, we're here to help! Just email us at support@loseyamarbles.com with your order details, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S.

Shipping Time: Once your order is picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times will vary based on the shipping method and delivery destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to update once the label is created.

Please understand that once shipped, the tracking and final delivery of your order is beyond our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Expedited Shipping

For those who need their Lose Ya Marbles products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options for contiguous domestic orders. The pricing depends on the destination and weight of the package. We recommend considering our 2-3 business day processing window to plan accordingly.

Please be aware that orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. This is in line with our carrier's shipping policy. Once a package is shipped, delivery is out of our control.

International Orders

Currently, Lose Ya Marbles only offers shipping within the U.S. When we expand our international shipping options, we'll list the available destinations here. International shipping rates are calculated by weight and delivery destination, including upfront costs for any duties and taxes to prevent additional charges later on.

Exchanges and Returns

Return Policy: If you're not satisfied with your Lose Ya Marbles product, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To begin this process, please contact us at support@loseyamarbles.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@loseyamarbles.com.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the damage. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using them for the first time. Remember, for any returns, refunds, or exchanges, you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products that have melted or softened due to exposure to warm temperatures. We recommend arranging delivery to an air-conditioned location where someone can receive your package to prevent melting. We are not liable for damage to candles and related items left outside in hot temperatures.

Note: Shipping fees are not covered by Lose Ya Marbles.

Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
